Tile & Grout

Process of Cleaning

After grout.jpeg

What is Grout Made Of?

Grout is a porous material that's usually made from water, cement, and sand.  Dirt, grime spills, and bacteria can collect in the pores of the grout.  Resealing the grout after cleaning it will help deter this from happening.

The Process

First we vacuum the surface.  Then we apply a pre-spray.  We agitate the chemical, let it dwell, and then hot water extract it.  We then dry the floor and apply sealer.  Sometimes the sealer has to be applied the next day, depending on the size of the job.
